Grațiela Georgiana Noja (UVT) is the Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, West University of Timisoara, Romania, a Full Professor, PhD habil., at the same faculty and a PhD coordinator within the Doctoral School of Economics and Business Administration (Economics field). Gratiela was the manager of the Erasmus+ project „Coordinated higher education institutions responses to digitalisation” implemented during 2019-2021 and has developed several projects throughout the years in tight collaboration with prestigious universities worldwide, collaborating on over 15 national and international projects as a manager, project assistant, expert, researcher, task responsible, and trainer. Gratiela has over 40 publications indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection and over 25 other publications in relevant international journals. Also, Gratiela is a co-editor of several books published at Emerald, such as (i) Digital Transformation, Strategic Resilience, Cyber Security and Risk Management (2023), (ii) Economic Development and Resilience by EU Member States (forthcoming 2024), (iii) Navigating the Future: Challenges and Opportunities in ESG (forthcoming 2024) and (iv) Green Wealth: Navigating the Path to a Sustainable Future (forthcoming 2024) and has published over 15 book chapters in international books at Emerald, Springer, Brill. She was also co-editor of several special issues of international journals and has disseminated her research results at over 70 national and international conferences and other scientific events. Gratiela is an active member of the International Strategic Management Association and a member of the Steering Committee of the East-European Centre for Research in Economics and Business. Moreover, Gratiela was a member and Management Committee substitute for Romania in the COST Action CA16111 „International Ethnic and Immigrant Minorities' Survey Data Network” and has a wide membership in various educational organisations, research networks, scientific and review committees of various journals, and international scientific conferences. Her main research and teaching activities are developed within the economics and international business framework, with a keen focus on European economic integration, international migration, innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable economic development.
